The senior ministry is continuing here at St. Thomas. The on-going goal is to provide a fellowship opportunity for the seniors of our community through special events. Invitations for these events will be distributed through such venues as the Brick Senior Center and will be limited to the first 50 RSVP’s received. We will continue to hold these events on a quarterly basis so that we can provide a meal and some sort of entertainment to these seniors.
The next scheduled event will be a Senior “Fall Celebration” Luncheon to be held on Sunday, October 21st, at 12:30PM, at St. Thomas Lutheran Church. Seniors from the community are invited to attend. If you know of someone interested or interested yourself in attending, please call the church office at 732-477-5533 so we can keep a count of the number of attendees. Help is always needed. Please check the kiosk in the narthex to see how you can help this thriving ministry.
